“Wikborg House”, 40 Linwood Street, G.T., Grand Cayman
Tucked
away behind Elizabethan Square, George Town, this building was
designed by Architect John Doak in the 1990s when he was with
OBM. Since that time Doak’s firm has been engaged by the owner
and also the prime tenant regarding various improvements to the
facilities including restorations following hurricane Ivan in
2004. The two storey verandah’d building emulates the traditional
colonial homes of the Cayman Islands. The building features a
basement car park.
